This archive contains firmware version 3.6 (aka -13) taken from a 11403A oscilloscope. It is also said to work in the 11402A and 11403 and CSA404 mainframes, however I dont know if there are any issues with doing this or not.

For the chips, you will need eight 27C010 and four 27C512 EPROMs, all rated at 150nS or faster.

Checksum-16 numbers and socket locations are as follows. All files are in Absolute Binary (Data I/O #16) format.

EPROMs 27C010

		FILE: CS:	SOCKET:
		----- ---	-------
		160-6119-13.bin	9A5E	U820
		160-6120-13.bin	CC20	U920

		160-6621-13.bin	CB31	U830
		160-6622-13.bin	6BE2	U930

EPROMs 27C512 below this line...
	-------------------------

		160-6552-10.bin	C147	U281
		160-6553-10.bin	7261	U283

		160-6976-11.bin	DF04	U140
		160-6977-11.bin	B270	U150

Please use these images, however at your own risk! If you are not confident with poking around in the innards of a complex device like a digitizing O-scope, or if you have not been taught the dangers of high voltage, I would recommend that you enlist the aid of a professional tech for assistance.

Thanks are due to Gerard Janssen for providing the compressed archives. File-splitting from said archives, re-checksumming, and reorganization was performed by Yours Truly.
